29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: a) Production floor next to chemical baths: The space in front of a 480 volt electrical panel that powered the overhead lights and ventilation was used to store pallets of metal pieces in various stages of production. Observed on or about 11/16/22. b)Production floor in front of paint shop: The space in front of a 480 volt electrical panel that powered the overhead lights was used to store a cart used to transport product around the floor. Observed on or about 11/16/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
