29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. At the worksite located at 6050 Manchester Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when charging the floor cleaner. The cord that connects the floor cleaner to the charger has been pulled out of the coupling providing no strain relief.
