29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed into service and shall not be placed in service if the examination shows any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination was not made at least daily: (a) Distribution warehouse; The Doosan Pro5 forklift (Model: G18S-5, Serial Number: FGA02-1790-03220) and the Raymond order picker (Model: 261-OPC30TT, Serial Number: 261-05-03192) were not inspected daily before being placed into service.
