29 CFR 1910.1048(k): When there was the possibility of an emergency involving formaldehyde, the employer did not ensure that appropriate procedures were adopted to minimize injury and loss of life and implemented in the event of an emergency: Location - 20 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA On or about October 14, 2022, the employer had not developed any proper emergency procedures pertaining to an accident involving formalin, a formaldehyde solution, to minimize employee injury during the process of transferring the solution.
