29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: Break Room: On, or about, October 3, 2022, the quad receptacle and relocatable power tap were used to energize a microwave oven and two heater/air conditioning units. The combined load (amperage) of any two of the three appliances exceeded the maximum allowed for the circuit.
