29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a. At 4501 Dignan St, Jacksonville Florida: On or about September 21, 2022, in freezer storage room 5, powered industrial truck (PIT) operator employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by pallets stored at heights up to 20-feet on the racking system shelves, in that pallets were unstable with boxed goods on pallets that had shifted and were leaning and protruding over the PIT travel aisles.
