Location: 421 East 6th Street, New York, NY 10009 On or about: September 10, 2022 (a) The employer did not ensure that mobile scaffolds on site were fully braced by cross braces to align the vertical members; an employee performed sheetrock installations from the 1st tier of a blue 2-tier mobile scaffold that was not fully braced by cross braces.
