Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) On or about September 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure flexible extension cords were used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Flexible extension cords were connected together to supply power to two exhaust fans and the Rain Bird sprinkler system control panel.
