29 CFR 1926.1207(a): Employees were not provided training in work regulated by this standard, employees did not possess the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: On or about June 2, 2022, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees entered and worked in confined spaces (manholes) without the training, exposing employees to oxygen deficiency and air contamination hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure the training is provided to employees whose work require them to work in confined spaces.
