29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Site- Employees were not protected from electric shock and trip hazards where electric disconnects and a three phase panel board, to the left of the loading dock, were blocked and not accessible due to stored piles of cardboard. Electrical equipment being powered by the panel board was not rated by a nationally recognized testing laboratory and had physical damage including, but not limited to; burns, melted plastic, and broken components which was in service at the time of the inspection.
