29 CFR 1910.184(d):Sling(s) and fastenings were not inspected each day or during use and were not removed from service when damaged or defective: a) Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services located at 431 Prospect Dr. Findlay OH 45840: On or about April 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure the 1"x 6' polyester sling used to lift the McNeilus front load refuse trucks hydraulic lifting arm were inspected prior to use. Operating in this condition the employees in the area were exposed to struck by, caught in, and crushing injuries.
