29 CFR 1910.425(c)(4)(ii): A standby diver shall be available while a diver is in the water (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1085): On or about April 4, 2022, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), an employee was exposed to a drowning hazard when performing underwater dredging in a canal with zero-visibility, without an available standby diver.
