29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees who performed automotive maintenance and repairs were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Worldwide Vintage Autos, LLC located at 4001 Forest St. Denver, CO 80216: On 3/22/2022, employees were not trained on the hazardous chemicals utilized in the workplace. Chemicals used at the site include, but are not limited to PB Blaster, Loctite AA 312, NAPA AW-32, 5W-30 motor oil, and National 134a refrigerant.
