29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program were understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls were acquired by employees. At 6432 Prescott, Saint Louis, MO 63147 On or about March 9, 2022, employees were exposed to hazards associated with the unexpected energization of equipment during maintenance activities. Affected employees were not trained in the dangers associated with energy control. Authorized employees had not been trained since 2018.
