29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. (a) On or about June 28, 2022, at an establishment located at N2467 Vaughan Road, in Waupaca, Wisconsin; in the North Core Room, on the backside of the N16, the mac valves used to control the clamps had three electrical junction boxes which were not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. (b) On or about June 28, 2022, at an establishment located at N2467 Vaughan Road, in Waupaca, Wisconsin; in the North Core Room, on the backside of the N16, the junction box used to adjust the gas pressure was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
