29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i)(A):Conduct periodic and regular inspections of each power press to ensure that all of its parts, auxiliary equipment, and safeguards, including the clutch/brake mechanism, antirepeat feature, and single-stroke mechanism, are in a safe operating condition and adjustment; On or before 2/7/2022 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspections had been completed for each power press located on the workshop floor including presses such as: a) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the Alpha Allen full rev. power press (model # BT12) had been completed to ensure safe operations. b) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the EW Bliss Co. full rev. power press (model #20) had been completed to ensure safe operations. c) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the L&J Press Corp. part rev. power press (1serial # 11526) had been completed to ensure safe operations. d) On or about 12/7/21 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the Multipress part rev. power press (Kendall Co KE001479) had been completed to ensure safe operations. e) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the Rousselle part rev. power press (model # No 6) had been completed to ensure safe operations. f) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the required periodic and regular inspection for the ID # 20 Havir part rev. power press (Model Press Rite #2) had been completed to ensure safe operations.
