29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer failed to develop and implement written procedures to maintain the ongoing integrity of equipment in the covered processes at the facility. Specifically, the employer did not develop written procedures for preventative maintenance, repairs, or additions to any equipment, instruments, or other components in the covered process; including but not limited to, heat sealer, plate loading, crimp press, hand stacking, Waterbury, 20mm staking, and V&O.
