29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a) 101 Lloyd Street, Wilmington, DE 19804: On or about January 26, 2022, the employer failed to provide training on proper ladder use. Employees were witnessed engaged in residential roofing activities approximately 10-15 feet above grade as referenced by an adjacent ladder used as a ladder for egress from roof.
