29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a. 1900 South Ave., Staten Island, NY The employer did not provide employees access to safety data sheets that conformed to the requirements of Global Harmonization. Employees engaged in servicing and maintenance of heavy construction equipment used chemicals that included, but were not limited to oxygen, acetylene, spray lubricants and cleaners, and Encore Petroleum anti-freeze, and Encore Petroleum synthetic SAE 15W-40 CK-4 oil, where the employer did not maintain a library of current data sheets for each of the chemicals used at the facility and maintain those data sheets where employees had access. Violation occurred on or about December 21, 2021
