Employees engaged in servicing and maintenance of heavy construction equipment used chemicals that included, but were not limited to oxygen, acetylene, spray lubricants and cleaners, and Encore Petroleum anti-freeze, and Encore Petroleum synthetic SAE 15W-40 CK-4 oil, where the employer did not maintain a library of current data sheets for each of the chemicals used at the facility and maintain those data sheets where employees had access.
