29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) On or about 11/26/2021 and at times earlier - at 2600 McFarland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, at the exit discharge door at the back of the stockroom, employees were exposed to fire related hazards due to the fire extinguisher being stored on the floor behind boxes, pallets and other items limiting access to it.
