29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. On or about 11/9/2021, at the jobsite located at 5965 NE 6th Ave Miami, FL, 33137, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while removing solidified concrete with an unguarded grinder.
