29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: This violation was observed on or about November 3, 2021, at the top working level above Terex silos 1,2, and 3, when the motor driven sprocket and chain set less than seven feet above the work platform was not guarded, exposing employees to caught-in hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure the chain and sprocket on a drag chain (conveyor) system is properly guarded
