29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) At the construction site on Edgewater Drive in Midway, GA - On or about September 13, 2021, the employer exposed employees to flying objects in that eye protection was not provide for employees cutting cement pipes.
