29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Rt. 299 (East side of Street- Parking lot area) near the entrance to Middletown Crossing: On or about September 8, 2021, Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed site preparation work for widening/ future paving, Employer failed to provide signs visible to the public while traveling through the public parking lot to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to site preparation work for widening/future paving.
