29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2):Employees working below a scaffold were not protected from falling tools, materials or equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (h)(2)(i)-(v) of this section: a) Jobsite located at 33 Hunters Lane Glen Mills, PA- The employer did not protect employees working below the scaffold from falling objects. Employees were engaged in siding installation activities and were working below the pump jack; thus exposing employee to struck-by hazards. Condition was observed on or about July 22, 2021.
