29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: a) Brilliant Building and Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ Each employee involved in erecting the scaffolds was not trained by a competent person. Workers were exposed to fall hazards of 14 ft. to the ground below while using scaffolding without fall protection. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
