29 CFR 1910.151(c):29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Alchemy-Spectec, LLC - 4508 Bibb Boulevard, Tucker, GA - In B-5 Production Area-Employees were exposed to skin and face burn hazards while working with and near chemicals such as, but not limited to, Dabco BL-19, Sundex 840, Dabco BL 1, Toyocat-D60, Toyocat-DM70, classified as corrosive. An emergency eye wash station was not provided in the immediate area in the event of a splash to the eyes and body, on or about 06/25/21. b) Alchemy-Spectec, LLC - 4508 Bibb Boulevard, Tucker, GA - In B-6 Blending Area-Employees were exposed to skin and face burn hazards while working with and near chemicals such as, but not limited to, Dabco BL-19, Sundex 840, Dabco BL 16, Toyocat-D60, Toyocat-DM70, classified as corrosive.
