29 CFR 1910.269(u)(4)(iii): The employer did not ensure that unqualified persons may not enter the rooms or other spaces while the electric supply lines or equipment were energized: (a) On or about June 29, 2021, two unqualified employees installing electrical equipment were exposed to an electrical hazard when they were allowed to enter substation 1 while the electrical equipment was energized.
