29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. a) Along the southern wall of the warehouse, on or about July 1, 2021, the employer failed to ensure a pathway to the fire extinguisher was free from obstruction, therefore exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
