29 CFR 1910.305(f)(1):Insulation. All conductors used for general wiring shall be insulated unless otherwise permitted in this subpart. a) On or about July 1, 2021 at the 3 Inch Weld Machine #3, employees were exposed to wiring going from the electrode control area into the 3 Inch Weld Machine #3 work area which was not placed inside of insulated cable rated for the work. b) On or about July 7, 2021 at the KISS-Cure KC2511, employees were exposed to wiring going to a receptacle at the bottom of the machine which was not placed inside of an insulated cable rated for the work.
