29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) At the facility, Union Avenue & DuBois Street Liquid Room: An employee who is required to work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Rustex, Destainer, hydrogen peroxide and bleach, had not completed information and training on the safe use and handling of chemicals. The employer did not provide information and training on the safe use and handling of hazardous chemicals, to affected employees, at the time of initial assignment, on or about 5/6/21.
