29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties in confined spaces in construction, assigned under this standard to include, but not limited to; the hazards in a permit space and methods used to isolate, control or in other ways protect employees from these hazards: Location: Worksites Employer is not providing training to each employee that enters sewer line manholes and are exposed to a potentially hazardous atmosphere and engulfment hazards and for those employees not authorized to perform entry rescue. Abatement Certification and Documentation are required.
