On or about March 26, 2021, employees in the entryway area to the store were exposed to electrical and trip hazards because a white extension cord was stapled to the wall and then connected to a relocatable power tap lying on the ground. b. On or about March 26, 2021, employees in the entryway area to the store were exposed to electrical and trip hazards because a black electrical cord exiting the electrical box was stapled to the wall and then connected to a relocatable power tap lying on the ground.
