29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) therein: On or about March 19, 2021, containers of hazardous chemicals were not labeled, tagged, or marked in the wash bay with an irritant, corrosive and combustible identifying labels. a) At Wash Bay 1, the tank used to store Dyna-Solv "101" (irritant) Concentrate was not labeled or marked with identifying label. b) At Wash Bay 3 and 4, the tank used to store Monoethanolamine (MEA) (combustible, corrosive, and irritant) was not labeled or marked with identifying label.
