On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at a conveyor end of the ferrous metal sorting line, a conveyor end where the metal laced conveyor belt traveled over the rotating conveyor paddle roller, was not guarded. Employees were exposed to caught-by hazards where the laced metal conveyor belt traveled over the rotating paddle roller of the conveyor. c. On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at a conveyor end of the trash metal sorting line, a conveyor end where the metal laced conveyor belt traveled over the rotating conveyor roller, was not guarded. Employees were exposed to caught-by hazards where the laced metal conveyor belt traveled over the rotating end roller of the conveyor. d. On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at the trash area of the metal sorting line, a conveyor end where the metal laced conveyor belt traveled over the rotating conveyor paddle roller, was not guarded. Employees were exposed to caught-by hazards where the laced metal conveyor belt traveled over the rotating paddle roller of the conveyor. e. On or about March 11, 2021 and at times prior, at the trash area of the metal sorting line, the top roller area of an inclined trash conveyor was not guarded.
