29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 03/03/2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working in an aerial lift connected into the boom or basket by use of a fall protection lanyard. Employees to the hazard of falling when: A. At the outside corner of the building, two (2) employees were working in the basket of a JLG 340AJ aerial lift and where not connected by use of a lanyard. B. At the inside corner of the building, three (3) employees were working in the basket of a JLG 600SJ aerial lift and were not connected by use of a lanyard.
