29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i):The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end. a) Building Exterior front: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing on a platform that it was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform did not extended more than 12 inches over the support. The platform was not able to support employees and/ material without tipping, or has guardrails which block employees from access the cantilevered end, on or about 3/3/21. Employee was about 20 feet from the ground.
