29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. On or about February 3, 2021, employees in the grinding area were exposed to electrical hazards from a flexible cord which was used as a substitute for fixed wiring to power a table grinder and sander. b. On or about February 3, 2021, employees in the shot peening area were exposed to electrical hazards from a flexible cord which was used as a substitute for fixed wiring to power a hoist.
