29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9):A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Spray Booth, Building O: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that lateral walls around the paint spray booth were not used for storing materials such as but not limited to cardboard boxes. (b) UTCRAS, Spray Booth, Building U: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that lateral walls around the paint spray booth were not used for storing materials. Items such as but not limited to cardboard boxes, electrical equipment and flammable chemicals were stored by the spray booth walls as well as on the top of the spray booth.
