29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: At commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- there were no caps on the rebar exposed below in the elevator shaft. This exposed employees to impalement injuries if fallen on. This was documented on or about 01/07/2021.
