29 CFR 1910.1053(i)(1)(i): The employer shall make medical surveillance available at no cost to the employee, and at a reasonable time and place, for each employee who will be occupationally exposed to respirable crystalline silica at or above the action level for 30 or more days per year. a) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees ( Forklift Operator/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 149mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet without being provided with medical surveillance. b) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (QC/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 176.3mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet without being provided with medical surveillance. c) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 75.2mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet without being provided with medical surveillance.
