29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about August 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 4529 JD Mouser Parkway, Alvarado, Texas; employees spraying with corrosive paint products were not provided with an operable eye wash station for emergency quick drenching and flushing of the eyes in the spray area.
