29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts: On or about 7/24/2020 at equipment including but not limited to the Line #7 SureKap capper Model SK8000-SP, S/N GA9243, employees walking and working in the area were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the rotating parts were guarded.
