29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Inside the Shop - On or about July 14, 2020 and at times prior to, a relocatable power tap (power strip) was improperly used to energize items including but not limited to a microwave and a mini-refrigerator. The power strip was connected in series (daisy chained) to an extension cord, which was connected to a second power strip, thus exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
