29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: On or about 6/4/2020, at Primero Auto Parts Inc., located at 3635 NW 67th Street, Miami, FL 33147. Warehouse area. Employees were exposed to struck and caught by hazards while operating powered industrial trucks where space allowed to maneuver was limited, as evidenced by, among other conditions; large number of automobile parts placed at aisles and/or not properly stacked, damaged corners of storage racks, etc.
