29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: At 4115 S. Johnson Rd, Chanute, KS in the Fab Shop, Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in material handing activities using the forklifts that were provided, were exposed to stuck-by hazards in that the following markings were not in place and legible: 1) Hyster Electric Forklift Model #E100XL S/N CO98V02712P levers missing markings 2) Taylor Machine Works Red Forklift Model and S/N unknown levers missing markings
