29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: On or about 2/6/2020, at workshop area of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while sharpening and/or grinding metal with a bench grinder (i.e. Jet Equipment and Tools. Model No. JBG-6A, 3450 RPM) stand base was not secured and/or bolted to the floor.
