29 CFR 1915.55(a)(9): Acetylene cylinders were not secured in an upright position. A) Main Building (bottle storage): Multiple compressed air cylinders were not secured and or stored in an upright condition exposing employees to struck-by hazard(s). B) Queen of Hearts (aft): Compressed gas cylinder was left unsecured, unattended and on the ground not in an upright condition exposing employees to struck-by hazard(s). Conditions observed on or about January 23, 2020. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
