29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) LAUNDRY: Employees work with and pour corrosive chemicals including bleach, detergents, fabric softeners, acid, and sodium hydroxide; and there was no eyewash available, exposing employees to hazards from chemicals contacting their eyes. (b) DRY CLEANING: Employees work with and pour corrosive chemicals including alkaline stain removers, acids, and stain removal agents; and there was no written hazard communication program, exposing employees to hazards from chemicals contacting their eyes.:
