29 CFR 1926.1153(e)(2): Where respirator use is required by this section, the employer did not institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134: Location: 20 Bruckner Blvd Bronx NY 10454 a) On or about December 20, 2019, two employees were exposed to Crystalline Silica due to cutting concrete indoors with a 36'' walk behind saw or a handheld saw without an integrated water delivery system, which requires a respiratory protection program. Note: Institute a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134.
